We love this dresser! We bought another brand of nightstands that I love, but the matching dresser had horrible reviews, so we searched further and found this. It has a more glossy finish that our nightstands, but they are spaced far enough away that it isn't noticeable.

The box was HEAVY, but I was able to move it inside and across the house by "stepping" it. (I'm grateful our room wasn't upstairs!!) Getting it open and unpacked was kind of a nightmare, just because of the size. Everything was packed well and in perfect condition. I put this together almost by myself. (I couldn't wait to get started!) My husband helped me put the second side on since we had to line up all of the posts into the correct holes at the same time.

The directions were easy to follow, everything was included and all wood pieces were labeled. It would have been a little easier to put this together if the hardware had labels on the bags, but it wasn't hard to figure out which pieces were which.

There is one support post under the second drawer from the top that the directions say should be screwed into the side walls, but there are no screw hole starters there like there were on the other screw placements. Still, once the other posts are screwed in, the support post was wedged where it should be, so it's not going anywhere.

Also, when putting on the top of the dresser, there are plastic clips that are supposed to click it to lock the top in place, but we had 3 of the 8 clips that we couldn't get to push in all of the way. I tried, my husband tried, and we even tried tapping them carefully with a hammer, but they still wouldn't go in. We just left it since the other clips were in, and we aren't ever going to be lifting the dresser by the top.

We did have one knob that wouldn't thread at all on the screw bolt, but I've contact Customer Support and they are sending a new knob.

This dresser is beautiful, and everything works perfectly - the drawers are average-sized for a dresser, and they glide open and closed easily. I'm so happy with this purchase, and I would recommend it!

All said and done I would probably purchase this dresser again bc if it's style and the price. It is perfect for my daughters nursery. That being said, it came with a crack on the back side. Not noticeable unless you really look but hopefully it doesn't get worse. One of the drawers kind of sticks but it's not too bad. It still opens and closes. The box also came missing all 10 white knobs. I had to contact the maker of the dresser (not Amazon) directly to get new knobs. I had to send a photo of the dresser and what needed to be replaced. I received the new knobs about 2 weeks later. I would have given the dresser 4 stars if it came with all of its parts originally.

This is a great dresser for the price. I love that it doesn't take up a ton of floor space, yet it's tall and there's ample room in the drawers. It took one person roughly two hours to assemble, and it was simple, instructions were easy to follow, and none of the pieces were missing.

Although the dresser is not 100% solid wood, it's very sturdy and heavy, and should last for several years if properly taken care of. It gets bonus points for including a wall anchor.

My only gripe with this item is that the paint was chipped in a few places. It's nothing I can't touch up, but it's still disappointing. I understood why it arrived like that upon beginning the assembly process, though. It is very, very easy to chip and scratch the paint, so take extra time and care while assembling this dresser.

The left side of the dresser did not have all the tracks/rails attached, so I was unable to insert the drawers. I ended up purchasing the tracks/rails separately to finish assembling the dresser, which isn't something you should have to do when you pay over $250 for a product.

I wouldn't recommend this product to others...

The two spreader bars were too long, preventing the attachment of one side wall. My husband, with his power tools, was able to cut over 1/8th an inch off each spreader bar and sand to fit. Finally able to finish the frame, we were trying to put the drawers in (which are very sturdy), but they wouldn't line up exactly. Husband had to adjust most of the tracks on drawers and frame.
My biggest problem is when I called customer service, requesting a new frame. The disposition of the lady who answered was unhelpful, sub par, and I was interrupted many times. I was put on a long wait, just to be told I would have to take dresser apart to take more pictures and then put it together again for pictures, send an email, then they would "assess the need for a replacement". That is a classic runaround situation from a business. In today's age of ecommerce, Stork Craft is behind the times on customer service.

I cannot, in good conscience, give more than one star because of all the alterations my craftsman/woodworking husband had to do to the piece to get it to be functional, combined with the abysmal customer service. Even withy husband's expertise, some drawers are still hard to access.
