I have join issus and a bad knee this is oerfect for me.
Im a bit to short at 5"3 to use it successfully for sit ups but my toddler likea to help push me back down when i do so its fun for us both.
I find it very usfull in all other workouts from puahuos to even an extra support if needed for lunges and squats! .
Those when assembling while most od it was basic and easy. Adding the fabriced bar onto the 2 side once was a ***** . Was kind of a work out in itself lol

This fitness crunch is very light and easy to use / move around. However, since it is so light, depending on your height it could shift during your exercise. Very sturdy for how light it is and holds my weight without any issues when I use it for push ups and dips (flipped upside down). The mesh net is very comfortable, but can start to stretch and get a little loose after some use. Overall a great product to use for crunches, push ups and other exercises.

This Product did not come with the metal part for the fabric,so if you can send it to me I can improve your review as I always feel that am fair,and if you'll look up my purchasing history from Amazon I usually give four or five stars for a review!!!
It works! You will do crunches! Find someone strong to put this thing together - and expect the mesh to be slack.

1. It works! I'm doing crunches! And it's not bothering my neck!
2. It was TOUGH to put together, so unless you know someone who's good at putting things together, it's going to take a while.
3. The mesh is not as firm as I expected, it's got a lot of slack. It's probably a matter of personal preference, so this is not a deal breaker.

This is not the same mesh as the picture shows. The mesh I got is flimsy with no support whatsoever. My head sinks down in it all the way to the floor, so when using it you're doing a regular crunch as if you didn't have this metal cage around you at all. Horrible!!! Will be returning.
