I bought this to use with my Halloween costume. It is perfect to make my gown look bigger but it will not be "puffy"! it fits great, not as long as I expected, but will do the job. I like that I can adjust the waist size.

The petticoat gave the perfect amount of poof to my daughters dress but it was really short. She is 5'8" and it was a couple of inches from hitting her ankles. This is nice for a shorter person but not if you are tall.
It was a perfect fit. I would definitely order from this company ...

Great price, great product, and my daughter LOVES it!
We found a princess dress at the thrift store, but needed a hoop skirt to get full enjoyment out of it for her so I came to amazon and found this. I used the size chart and measured her waist; it was a perfect fit based on what we saw. My daughter is just under 5' tall and it was the perfect length for her floor length Cinderella-style gown.

This ran a bit large for me BUT it is marked as a lg/xtra large and I' m more on the large than the xl for sizing. Here's the great thing: with the tie waist it works fine without any gapping and it still works great and looks great. I've worn it for a whole day and it was comfortable. I give these folks an A+ and I'd go back to their store anytime.
