This flour is most excellent to work with and my baked goods come out perfect. The best part - there are no glyphosates (Round-Up) chemicals in this flour - hence no belly bloat!

I bought this flour to make my own pasta from scratch. I used it last night and my homemade tagliatelle came out great. It was well packed with plastic wrap around the bag to ensure freshness.
Wheat from Italy may not cause distress like wheat grown in the US

As someone who is gluten sensitive but who may be able to eat wheat grown in Italy, I've been experimenting with it a bit at a time. It's too early to tell for sure but so far so good. I'll know a lot more in a few months after my experimentation.
