Great product, easy to apply, holds up to Rain and sun
Josh P.✓ Verified PurchaseJuly 24, 2023
I bought this to seal and protect new pavers around the pool deck. Since it's a rental it's used more than normal so I was looking for a good product that would hold up to the Florida sun and all the wear and tear. Since applying the sealer it seems to be doing the job of protecting them, when it rains the water just beads up instead of soaking into the pavers. It's been applied for a month now and still looks great. As long as it can hold up for a couple of years before needing to be reapplied, and keeps the pavers looking new, I will be happy. Would highly recommend if your looking for a good paver sealer. Also it's very easy to apply with a good quality pump sprayer and a paint roller, I would spray a nice coat on the pavers then roll the brush over them to ensure a nice even coat. Will definitely purchase again.
Stamped concrete patio looks fantastic!

Our decorative stamped concrete patio was not looking well. It had white haziness everywhere from last being sealed ~5-6 years ago. I called the Foundation Armor technical support about what to do. (I knew the last time the patio was sealed the contractor had used a solvent based acrylic sealer.) The rep stated to roll a light coat of xylene to "refurbish" the old residue and use the Foundation Armor AR350.
I followed the reps advice and product application instructions and the patio turned out great! I thought it was easy to apply (rolled on and ensured it was thin light coats done in early evening) and the result is a fantastic looking patio.

I really liked this seal. We had a 1400 sq ft stamped concrete patio poured in May. After a few months the main section was looking dull when compared to another section that sees earlier shade due to our garage. I pressure washed the whole thing and used this product as a second coat and it made it look better than the original seal the contractors used. It emphasized the dark charcoal release agent in the concrete and the water beads up like a waxed car does. Highly recommend and it was easy to apply. We just pressure washed the patio and dipper paint rollers directly into the can. Probably not recommended but it worked well. Will definitely be buying again in a few years when we need to strip and re-seal.
Brought My Patio Back to Life

I have neglected my stamped concrete patio, not having sealed it for over 15 years. It became faded and lost its shine. After researching various sealers, I decided to apply Armor AR350. After applying two thin coats, it looks great. The colors became richer, and it looks new again.

Customer Service is great too. I called with a question and the guy that picked up the phone provided me with good information.

AR350, 5 gallon, wet look. This is an excellent product that rejuvenated my old concrete pool deck after a thorough power washing. One coat made a significant difference and a second coat made the best appearance. Unfortunately, the 5 gallon can was not quite enough to second coat all of the deck. I used the product during the summer, late in the evening and the surface was mostly cured by morning. I hoped that I could do a brush coat on the coping stones around the pool edge, but that surface is not porous enough to absorb the coating though it did add some shine. However, a word of caution: Even the smallest droplets of the coating will form into a gel-like substance on the pool water surface. It's very difficult to keep from getting some in the pool when applying with a roller on the concrete, plus I was also a bit sloppy at first. I was more careful with the remaining application, and the droplets that did form could be removed with a pool skimmer. Probably better to apply with the pool covered and that was my fault.
