For the money this system is well worth it. I purchased the 1 TB hard drive with it and am very happy. I had an issue with forgetting my login password, and was seriously dreading emailing Zosi because im an inpatient, would rather talk to someone, want results now kinda guy. But I have to say, their response was quite prompt, and Helly who helped me was great. All this being said, I would def recommend this system for the average person who just needs an extra set of eyes at the house or the business.
Inexpensive home monitoring

You can't beat the price but there are some aspects that make it difficult to use. The on-board interface is a bit clunky and could use better wording but once you figure it out, it does what it does well. It seems that more thought has gone into making the mobile app then the on-board interface, and it works well either on network or through the internet. The cameras themselves are good, day light images are clear and bright, though the IR are a bit grainy but LEDs are nice and bright. The switching of the IR is kind of loud and it could be distracting. I wish they were adjustable since mine are right at the threshold and normal traffic in front of it causes the IR to click on and off constantly. I recommend it for inexpensive home monitoring and am satisfied with the system.
Freezes constantly

Camera quality is actually quite good but can't get over the fact the whole system freezes whenever. There is no timing it or certian time, it just freezes whenever it wants. Constant problem considering it's a SecureAccess system and unreliable.

I purchased this system based on word of mouth. A friend of mine setup a system like this with the dome cameras and showed me the view from his app and I couldn't believe it. He told me how much the set was and what he paid and I almost had a heart attack. They always say you get what you pay for and if you don't spend a lot you won't get quality. I bought this set and purchased the hard drive separately and installed myself took an additional 5 minutes. I got my cameras up in 4 hours. Everything went very smooth. All necessary hardware was included and the 60ft cables were more than long enough to reach all angles of my house. The support is great. Kelly responds right away and is very helpful. All of the features and the quality of these cameras is astronomical for the price. I have recommended these to two of my neighbors who are buying sets and some friends who have also purchased. Will buy these for life for all of my home/business security needs.
Glitchy and unreliable

Cameras glitched when we needed them most. Yesterday a man tried to break in with a knife. Luckily first responders got here in less than 5 min. I went back to try to get the footage and the cameras didn't record him trying to break in. It skipped from 3pm to 4:40pm. All that time in between is lost. Thankfully we are all safe. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because when it does record the image is very clear
