Bought this for my son. He has an outdoor job and it gets very hot here in the Midwest. He stands it up in a cooler and squirts himself often. He likes that he doesn't have to keep pumping the handle. One squirt does it. He loves it and says the mist feels great. We're ordering another so he has a backup.

I was trying to decide between using a standard Windex-style spray bottle, the cheapie spray bottle with built-in fan, and this mister for spraying down our 10-year olds as they played tournaments in the 90+ degree summer heat.

What I liked: You only have to pump this bottle 10 times and then hold the trigger to produce the mist. The mist comes out pretty fine, so it does produce a nice cooling effect. The strap and carabiner are helpful for hanging the bottle in the dugout. CoreGear's customer service is terrific - I wrote to mention that I was missing a strap and had a comment about the durability and I received an immediate response, even though I sent my message on a weekend.

What could be better: The nozzle is made of plastic, so you can't throw this thing around or let the team play with it - my kid knocked the bottle off of a chair and the impact on the ground was enough to snap the plastic tip off. (well, at least CoreGear sells replacement tips). The thumb trigger is a little narrow and makes it slightly difficult to push it unless you have tiny thumbs. The half-neoprene cover won't help keep the water cold in 90+ degree weather.

Overall: Solid product that really helped us over the last 8 weeks

This thing is a LIFE SAVER!!! I live in the armpit of CA where it gets well over 100 degrees for most of the summer. This has come in so handy! I've recommended it to friends and family who have also purchased one. Great for sporting events outdoors and really any function outside when it's hot!

This thing is beyond clutch. Had this at Okee this year and everyone loved it. Cools you down really fast and it isn't all that heavy but with that said you probably won't be wearing it around your neck. I also guarantee you'll make a ton of new friends with it

I purchased a Mister many years ago during a festival and it was a blessing! I was curious about a replacement bottle and I found this company. Since we were going back to that same festival I ordered the CoreGear (MISTER COOL) USA Misters 1.5 Liter Personal Water Mister Pump Spray Bottle With Koozie Styled Neoprene Cool Sleeve. I loved it but I loved it even more because it came with a "cool sleeve". My water didn't warm up as fast as one without.

I didn't have any problems with this item. I didn't pay more than my old mister, in fact, it was cheaper than my festival mister. I would order again and tell my fellow misters where one could be found! **Be careful when adjusting (tip of the brass nozzle) that adjusts fine mist to stream because the very tip can come undone and can be easily lost**
