Now when I feel that sugar craving I found that these protein bars (especially the birthday cake flavor) will help with that.
They have enough protein and calories to be a meal replacement in a pinch but are best, for me, as a in between meal or on the run snack.
Only 3 grams of sugar, 5 grams of fat and 20 grams of protein, great for after the gym as well.

I have doing the nutri system diet for several weeks and was looking for a protein bar to replace the nutrisystem ones because they are expensive and shipping is ridiculous ($17) to shop a box of 24 and cost of $50! These are great! Have the same amount of calories and less sugar and carbs"¦ and less expensive! These will be my go to for protein bars!

So I bought these when they were on sale for $12-$13 which is a good deal. The bars are chewy (but not tough) and the flavor is nice. You can tell it's a protein bar, obviously, but it's still not bad. The caramel layer is tasty. They're a bit on the smaller side but the protein makes them filling. Would buy again if they go on sale. :)

I've tried several flavors of Pure Protein bars and the peanut butter is the best. Love the birthday cake one but that makes a mess with the sprinkles. Their strawberry flavor is terrible and often tough to chew. These bars are soft and won't leave you needing a toothpick afterwards. Plus the low sugar count and decent protein intake to hold your appetite until your next meal is nice. Compared to other Pure Protein bars I keep going for the peanut butter.
