I've wanted to make a deep-dish pizza in a springform pan for a long time but didn't want to spend all that money on ingredients I'll never use again. This mix was the perfect answer but was very hesitant to try it but glad I did. The pizza was really good. Next time I will try and modify the cooking time. I will be buying more very soon.AAA+

I found this dough to make a fine and tasty pizza crust. It was easy to work with and seemed to be of high quality. For those of you that had problems with its "stickiness" try using a few small pinches of flour both on the dough and your fingers when spreading it out to make it easier to work with. All pizza doughs that I have worked with will normally be a little tacky like this. I didn't follow their instructions, instead I used my bread maker on it's "dough" setting (23 minutes) and 1/2 cup water to mix and knead the dough and this worked very well also. I am most pleased with this product, it arrived quickly, it's shipping boxes came in good shape and I will definitely be buying it again. (My four star rating is the highest I give, I don't give fives or ones).

Best pizza dough, just add water, set in a warm place for about half hour to rise, dust it with flour and use a rolling pin. Add a little corn meal for an easy slide on the peel. That's important or it will stick.
