This bike holder won me over
Ronald Russell✓ Verified Purchase•May 1, 2017
I was concerned this was just too big when I first saw it. I have a light road bike, after all. Having used it a few weeks I have to say I really like it. The case is robust and will work as a standalone water resistant holder. I'd like to get another mount to use on my boat. Touch works well through the front cover. It feels well designed and secure. It's very easy to install. All in all I'm very pleased with this holder. Only negative is that the included phone cover (the one that stays on the phone) is pretty thin and cheesy looking- but you don't need to use it. You can't use thicker covers, the ones that protect your phone against drops, inside this case. Perhaps the thin ones sold by Apple would fit- I have not tried.
Secure but doesn't last

Holds an iPhone 6 Plus securely to the bike. Installation was a little challenging because the instructions are printed in tiny letters in a color with low contrast to the background of the package. It took me some time to figure out how to detach the case from the bike mount quickly. The four separate latches are cumbersome to open and close. The headphone jack in my case did not transmit sound properly, as I have seen noted in some other reviews; I wound up cutting it with a pair of scissors and removing it from the case. I normally use Bluetooth headphones when riding anyway, but there were times I wished I could plug in. The touch ID worked, sometimes. The most disappointing aspect for me was that the clear screen overlay detached from the case after about 8 months of use. I have tried glueing it back in with a couple of types of adhesives, but it seems fruitless. I have decided to give up on this case after 1 year of service and try a Quad Lock.

I use this on a road bike, my other half uses hers on a casual/street bike. The mounting is solid, I've never had it start to slip or rotate while riding. It's quite secure, even though I was initially concerned about the plastic band they used as a mounting strap. The box that the phone sits in is pretty solid with a silicone backing inside to keep the phone from moving and to provide a little cushion. The touch screen works pretty well despite my phone also having a screen protector on it.
Cons: The touch screen does have some difficulties due to my installing a screen protector on my phone. It's not quite as sensitive. I have an iPhone 6+, so the location of the home button/print scanner on the case is against the plastic case edge. It's difficult to mash your finger in the cutout to get a good read on the fingerprint, so about half the time I wind up swiping to enter my password anyway. If you have a case or skin on your phone as a protector, you're going to need to remove the phone from the protector before putting it in this case. It just won't fit otherwise.

This is the ONLY case that you need if you are looking around for an iPhone 6 Plus bike case. This case is durable and solid yet unobtrusive while riding. Also, the fact that it is Waterproof is absolutely necessary.
From their product description: "The most advanced Heavy-Duty Waterproof and Shockproof iPhone 6 Bicycle Mount available. The holder is waterproof submersible, with iPhone fully operable while inside the case. Featuring such advanced technology as sound boost, microvent sealed speakers and mic, and over 90% sensitive touch screen, this iPhone 6 bike holder is made with a performance rider in mind. Use your iPhone 6 safely while biking on any terrain and in any weather while enjoying the added protection of the silicon shock-proof case, 360-degree reinforced rotation mechanism, and a built-in headphones port optimized to fit any type of headphones with varying shape jacks." Rarely have I come across a product that is truly word for word accurate. From the ease of use to the touchscreen sensitivity, I searched for HOURS to find a bike case that would fit my needs, and am glad to say that I purchased this product.
Size (LWH): 6 inches, 3 inches, 0.25 inches
Weight: 6.56 ounces
The first day that I took this case out for a ride, there was a light drizzle that turned into a pretty steady rain. Immediately, I was concerned about the safety of my phone inside this case, but after stopping to check, I noticed that none of the seals had been broken and knew then that I had peace of mind for riding in any kind of weather and that I could bring my audiobook with me.
75 rides in, I am still 100% satisfied with the product and how easily it has become to pop my phone in and out before and after each ride. Sometimes, the clips that hold the pieces together can become stuck, but the more that I use the case, the easier it gets.
If you are looking for a bike case and are worried about the weather implications on your device, stop worrying now. I can 100% guarantee that this product works as intended and is well worth the money spent.

Let's be honest... most of us that ride bikes like to bring our phones with us for various reasons: emergencies, tracking ride statistics, navigation, taking/placing phone calls, listening to music, etc. Carrying the phone in a back pocket works, but makes accessing it difficult and/or dangerous during a ride. I had been looking for a phone bike mount for some time and have to say that I really like the functionality of the BikeConsole Power Plus. It custom fits my iPhone 5s snugly even without the clear plastic phone case that is designed to cradle your naked phone before it is sealed in the outer case. I have used it on my mountain bike and road bike and it works as advertised. The standard mounting bracket is very secure and adjustable for pitch, yaw and axial rotation (but not roll that a ball mount might provide). I had no trouble setting it up for easy access and viewing during rides A locking screw is used to lock the battery pack to the handlebar mount and the same goes for the sealed case that mounts to the handlebar mount directly or to the optionally mounted battery pack. I have also used the separately purchased Heavy Duty mounting bracket and it is also very secure, but a bit bulky because of its greater flexibility in mounting to stems and other support structures of larger diameter. The option to buy additional standard mounts would be welcome for those of us with more than one bike and without the need for the heavy duty mount. A particularly useful feature of the BikeConsole is its modular design. The battery pack can be optionally mounted between the sealed phone case and the handlebar mount. If you are doing a short ride, your phone's battery may be sufficient. If you are doing a long ride, it is nice to have the optional battery pack to charge your phone after it runs out of power. The iPhone controls are mostly accessible from the outside of sealed case except for the volume controls. This is not a problem if you preset the volume to your liking or if you use headphones with volume control. I highly recommend getting the separately purchased optional 3.5 mm headphone extension cord with its plug for sealing. The reason for this is that it is not convenient to detach and reattach headphone jacks directly to the phone's jack without unsealing the the case. I have yet to use the BikeConsole in inclement weather. But, it should provide more protection than a naked phone on a conventional mounting bracket. I have not yet tested the combined battery power for longest duration yet. But, I am sure that a few century rides will give me a feel for how best to manage active applications and phone features so that I can run Runtastic and/or MapMyRide and/or Music without running out of power. In short, this is the best phone mount I have encountered. It takes a bit more preparation to get your phone sealed in the case than some other conventional mounts, but it's worth the extra time because your phone is better protected and secured.
