I am using this on my steering wheel in my car. I like the idea that I can turn my phone either way to use it and mount it on any part of steering wheel.
The down side is that it does stick out and makes it akward when turning.
However, I have tried a different product that mounts in the opening of the steering wheel and that one doesn't work when you have your phone sitting upright. The other one only really works for navigation.
This product could be mounted to anything. Golf cart, shopping cart, bike...and the phone seems very secure when placed in the holder. It may fit in some vents but I didn't want to test it in my car. It seems like it could be tricky to do and possibly compromise the vent.
I am hoping to buy several 100 more to use as proportional pieces for my business. So, I would give this two thumps up!

Because my phone is fairly large (Samsung Galaxy S8 plus) it wasn't a good fit on my steering wheel when I had to turn the wheel, but there is a ridge on my dashboard behind the steering wheel and I was able to attach it there. Works great!
It takes a while to get used to it being connected to the steering wheel but it is just a learning curve that is easily overcome. Hold the phone very tightly and secure

I bought it for two purposes... 1) to attach my cell phone to the grocery cart so I have my grocery list where I can easily see it and check off what I put in my cart, and 2) to attach my cell phone to my Fit Rider elliptical so that I can workout and simultaneously watch the instruction video on the different workouts I can do. I had another one from a different brand and it fell apart after a few months. This one is MUCH sturdier and adapts to many different types of applications and mounts. Time will tell if it holds up, but it is made much differently and there are no springs or other working parts to break, so I think I'll be using this for a long time. A five star purchase! Thanks.
