This isn't a fabric cover - it's more vinyl-ish. And that's what is awesome about it. I have the beige organic cotton slipcover for the BrestFriend as well as a black cotton slipcover - and they both get SO GROSS from spit up and leaking milk. And the spit up and leaked milk goes through to the foam cushion. This one wipes clean and doesn't need to be changed nearly as often. I wish I had 3 of these instead of the other cloth ones"¦
