I think the pattern is adorable and I catch my daughter staring at it when we aren't using it for feeding.
I wouldn't say it is the most "convenient" thing to use, because I own a boppy, and I use it in the middle of the night. My Brest Friend works more if I know I may need to travel with baby into the living room, or I'm stuck sitting in a position where the extra lift helps baby latch better. I also find that I don't need to support baby in my arms with My Brest Friend.
Anyways, it's a great buy. Technically, I found afterwards there were some at a thrift store, but they weren't in this cute pattern.

This pillow is a must have for new nursing moms. I wish I had it when I was in the hospital after delivery. I was so sore and it was difficult to try to arrange pillows in the bed to feed my LO. It gives great support so you have both hands when working with a tricky latch. I 'm happy I will have it for next time! **As a side note, I also have a boppy but when my LO was small, the boppy didn't give the support my LO needed and it was hard to keep the boppy in place.

This pillow is the absolute BEST pillow for nursing. The Boppy is not supportive enough and baby falls in between my body and the pillow. My Brest Friend provides actually support and a flat surface for baby....total game changer for my aching, slouching back from terrible nursing posture. Recommend to every nursing mom. The green flower fabric is quite cheap feeling and scratchy though, I would spend extra to get a nicer cover.

The best breast feeding pillow I've ever used. This is so much better then the boppy. I wish I knew about this pillow when from day one of breast feeding. It would of saved a lot of pain and headache! I used the boppy before and it was horrible. With this the baby doesn't slip in between the pillow and me and it's firm enough to hold the baby up. And it has great back support and a little pocket to hold my things like cell phone. I recommend it! I think they need to have better advertising so more people know about it. It's seriously the best breastfeeding pillow

Don't waste your time with the traditional boppy, the brest friend is a must have!! I have used this myself, buy it for others and recommend it to my patients because it takes the stress out of breastfeeding (which is already stressful enough for new mama's). You can lay the baby down and focus on proper position of the infant, their mouth to the breast, etc. without them falling through the gap of the traditional boppy. If there is one item you must request or think you need, this would be it!!!
