Mild hassles on install

Keep in mind the adhesive tape and the foam come separately, so you have to cut the foam, then cut the adhesive, then stick the adhesive on the foam before installation. What I end up doing is just putting the adhesive on the surface of what I am going to install, then slap the foam on. Otherwise thing thing works great and had saved my kid from injury a couple times already
Doesn't stick to Brick well. But does the trick.

The double sided tape is hard to place in a straight line on either side of the padded strip. But it doesn't stick once on their.
The tape/pad doesn't stick very well to my brick fireplace. Especially when rounding a corner. I found I had to cut it and put on in pieces for it to even stay on. But the long part of the fireplace is sticking so far (2 weeks in)
Corners are pre- taped. Which is GREAT! wish the strip was. Just putt off the backing ans place on furniture.
Overall does the job. 8 month old tries to chew this instead of brick so no chipped teeth or bring coming off and baby swallowing it. Corners work great to not bang baby's head or body while learning to crawl and stand.

Easiest Installation Ever

I don't know why I just now purchased this. We moved into our home a year ago and immediately knew the hearth would be an issue for my toddler. We went with a double door baby gate but it was such a hassle when we had fires in the winter. I know other reviews took off stars for the tape not being prestuck but I don't really understand how it could take anyone several hours. I rolled the entire roll of foam out in my hallway for a full 24 hours. I installed the following night and it took me 30 minutes from start to finish INCLUDING sticking the tape on. Maybe it was easier for me because I'm a teacher and I use glue/stickers/scissors more than the average adult but I still don't understand how it could take anyone hours to install this. I chose to put the tape on the roll first and then cut the sections after measuring. The foam was easily cut with scissors. Out of all the baby-proofing products in our home, this was the easiest and quickest to install. Our stone is not flat so there are some areas that the tape does not stick (leaving small gaps) but the rest of the foam is stuck on strong enough that it's not easily pulled off. I give it five stars.
*Edited to add that after a couple months, one corner piece refused to stay on. Three out of the four pieces have not budged however. I tried adding museum putty to get it to stay but even that didn't work. That makes me think it's my stone so I finally just used packaging tape to attach the one defective corner to the strait pieces. I still give it 5 stars since it's an issue with my textured stone not the tape. I'll attach a second photo for reference.

I used this to line the perimeter of a ping pong table to prevent children from bonking their heads against the hard table surface. It was easy to cut and place the adhesive tape along the long strips. The corners come with the adhesive tape already on. No complaints and would buy again if needed.

These are 100% safer than silicone ones. Silicone ones are still hard. These I think would actually protect a baby's head if it hit it. 10\10 recommend & easy to put on
