I have purchased 2 of these now and if I can do it by myself then anyone can! Unless your tv is pretty heavy then you might want to grab a friend to help get it hooked on the wall. Also, if you don't have a stud finder then there is an app that will help you find one using magnetic force from the back of your phone.

I really like this flat screen mount. Comes with a template to make marking easy. Easy to hang and release the TV. I just taped the loops you pull to remove the TV up behind the TV for a clean look. The mount is fixed which met my needs in my space.
