Good product and great customer service. I bought two balls "” 55cm & 75cm. It takes quite a lot of pumping to fill them up, but at least the supplied hand pump pushes air in on both the in and out strokes.
They seem to be tough enough. I'm 200 lbs and am using the 75cm ball as a desk chair.

Good product. Durable. Would recommend and buy again. The only issue I have to mention is that the red is NOT red; it is hot pink. It looks light red when you receive it when it is deflated and folded. But, once you inflate it, it does not look red at all; it is definitely a hot pink. Other than the color, I am satisfied with the ball itself and the pump. I am 5' 4" and got the 65cm and inflate the ball so that I sit with a little more than a 90 degree angle at the knee bend. I use it at work where I sit all day.

Missing Correct Exercise Instructions Guide

I just received this product. It does come with a hand pump however it is easier to use an electric pump or you will be pumping for days. I was highly disappointed that it was suppose to come with "Exclusive Exercise Instruction guide" however it came witch a guide for the foam roller Ana not the premium exercise ball. A total fail on packaging. The ball is similar to the one in Physical a Therapy which costs $55 compared to $18 for this ball. Little difference. I do want SmarterLife Products to send me the exercise guide which is suppose to come with the guide.
