I bought this because I had to get a smaller power supply for the SIlverstone SG13 case that I am using. This is the the quietest power supply I have installed in my system. I did how ever have a problem with it at the beginning. When my computer was coming off of load (when I would close a game) there was a ticking noise coming from the fan area. I had this problem with the 600 Watt version too. After I had been using it for a while it went a way. I believe that it was just he fans bearings getting broken in. If you are using this for an itx system that does not have a lot of room for cable management I would highly recommend picking up a short cable kit because the cables that are included are fairly long.
Excellent modular power supply in this price range.

I needed a small enough PSU that would fit inside a Jonsbo UMX1 Plus case and still clear a long GPU. At 140mm length and fully modular, this just barely fit the bill. I was put off at first from the Bronze rating and the fact that I've never paid
Pros: Very quiet fan and no buzz/coil whine coming from the PSU at all. Single 12v rail and fully modular with cables that are low profile/easy to bend. Only 140mm in length!
Cons: Cable connectors can be difficult to release/plug-in. If you're using an angled power cord (depending on how it is angled) it will not be able to be pushed all the way into the PSU due to the I/O switch getting in the way. Use of Chinese TEAPO 85c and similarly branded capacitors could affect long term durability.
I've used this PSU for only a week with excellent results, so fingers crossed it continues to work like this for some time to come (or until I find a much better replacement).
