No light just a big white ball

The light arrived 2 days before Hurricane Irma and it was placed in the sun until the storm arrived. We were without power for a week and were so glad we had the glo ball to provide light in the dark "” except that it never worked! It was back out in the sun every day but it still never provided any light. We no longer had the box or I would have returned it.
Beautiful, but lasts only 4 hours or so...

Well it just doesn't last 6 hours, even if it was charged in the blazing sun for 8 or more hours. Really last about 3.5 to 4 Hrs, but is beautiful in its color changing mode.
Large glowing orb, but only after the brightest of days.

I kinda bought this as a prop for a photography idea, but the soft glow wasn't bright enough to illuminate the model how I envisioned. That said, it now lives happily on my front porch adding ambience to the outside. You can choose from white, to solid colors, to a blend of all of them. The colors transition pleasantly. The remote works very well. Although it needs to charge in strong direct sunlight during the day if you hope to enjoy it glowing at night. Indirect light or a cloudy day isn't strong enough to charge the solar panel through the plastic orb. So it lost some stars for that.

I ordered these for a pool party/bridal shower we were hosting in the evening. They worked after being charged a full day. But we could never adjust the colors to stay on a selected choice. Also, 3 of the 6 I bought went kaput after about 2 weeks. only 2 now slightly work after several months, and the lights flicker on and off. I would not recommend this product.
