Easy to put together. Easy to follow instructions. Was missing an end cap. Was very easy to get replacement by using website of manufacturer. Very challenging machine to use for me. I like that I can pedal backwards and sit down if I am tired, yet still keep pedaling. There is a label on the back that suggests tightening the bolts and washers once every 30 days. Pretty quiet. Has made a ticking noise at times. Re-tightening the bolts reduces the noise.

A great machine, easy to set up and use. Very well balanced and user friendly. Small footprint so you can put it in the corner of a room you use often, so you don't have to worry about the 'put of sight, out of mind' problem!
