Got it so I wouldn't have to rent from the cable company. Works great! It handles the slower speed streams great and I watch movies online all the time. I don't need the highest definition, how about a great story! I don't think it would handle the highest speeds.

I have had this modem for 4 months and no problems, its working great. It has reduced my cable bill $10.00 a month while paying for it self. Save $10.00 each month! $120.00 a year on my cable bill! Its definitely worth the money.

I was told by a TWC phone person this was the modem I needed to purchase. When I received the modem, it didn't have a phonejack. I have the bundle package and all three outlets are needed. Had to return it, and the return bill cost me half of the cost of the unit. Turned out it was a bad and bad deal.
Got it hooked up and it works great. it is saving me 15 dollars a month ...

I received this modem the other day to replace my TWC issued one for which I'd now have to pay $10 a month to rent. Pretty straightforward to install, followed the instructions included with the unit. I did, however, have to call TWC to change the IP address from the old to the new. Very easy, they were willing to oblige (unlike the instructions which will tell you they won't). The IP address was looking for my old modem, he changed it it to the new. And, gave me a higher speed internet connection for free.. as I've been a 'good customer'. All OK with internet connection, and all devices connected to it.
