This was great. I had a pit mix that figured out how to bend a cone and was determined to chew out his stitches from his neuter. After a few days he did chew a hole in it, but that's not the products fault. He did figure out how to wiggle out of it in the middle of the night so you may still need a cone at night, but it made the days much more bearable. It would start to sag down and I would have to pull it up on him several times throughout the day as it would bunch at his butt and start to constrict motion in his front legs.

I have what has got to be the MOST contrary 17 year old male Dachshund that ever was. He's got some incontinence problems and he doesn't see as well as he used to, even though he thinks he does. I've tried all kinds of belly bands, pants, pants and suspenders, one piece suits, you name it, I've tried it. This is the only thing that he can't get out of, can't pull the pad out of or shift because he rolls on the floor trying to get the pad out. I was so impressed that I had to buy a second one. Thank you so much for making something that he can't out-smart. I highly recommend this suit to anyone who has a dog with an incontinence problem. It really works! We have an elderly male dog who is quite incontinent of urine. We have tried many solutions, but without success. He would pull the diaper off, or else the tip of his "equipment" would stick out of the diaper or device, with the obvious results.
This product really works; we put one or two absorbent pads in, and no more messes. He tolerates it very well. Very lightweight, so it cleans and dried quickly if necessary.

I've read many of the reviews and am shocked by some of the complaints. This Snuggly does exactly what is advertised and does it well! Our sweet 14yr old 55lb Staffordshire-American Bull terrier mix started having incontinence issues about 6 months ago. I've tried so many different diapers and products that just haven't worked. I must say this product has been one of the most helpful things I've been able to find. Every diaper we've bought wriggles off in the night or leaks a little from one side or another. With the snuggly everything stays in place. The snuggly is super easy to unvelcro and fold up to let my dog go out for a potty break. I think some of the complaints "hard to use" "poorly made" "velcro rips", everything takes a little time to get used to. Perhaps Surgi Snuggly could release an easy to use youtube or vimeo video. Perhaps they already have one. Understanding how to gently pull up your dogs front legs by slightly bending the elbow helps get the snuggly on in no time. Also being aware of where you pull the velcro from. If you just grab from a random part of the strap and pull/tug away of course the material will tear. Grab gently or at a normal grip directly from the pad of velcro and it pulls away easily without damaging the garment.

I just purchased a second Snuggly for back up. I also have found these other diapers and urine pads to be the best. Especially if you have a dog that likes to crawl in bed with you at night and or for easy clean up on a dog bed.

Yes some of this seems expensive but it is all great quality, easy to use and washable. For a large dog Around $100-200 investment for your peace of mind, easy and less time cleaning up. All I have to do is throw all this in the wash and we're good to go.

I think this is a terrific product, very well made and material light enough to be worn in warmer weather. I am however returning because I did not like the constriction which is not tight to cut off circulation at all but she didn't seem comfortable in it. It did fit her, I ordered medium she is 20 lbs, a cockapoo looking like a toy poodle and seemed to fit good. It's great that there is the ease of securing it up to take outside wo having to take the whole suit off. I opted to get a pair of diaper suspenders for her that worked for her. She walked out of disposable and washable diapers wo.
