Worked very well for dog beds

I used this foam to replace some old dog bed cushions. It was easy to cut and fit the bed covers very well. The density of the foam I would consider medium firm for a dog bed at 2 inches thick. Dogs hopped right on the refurbished beds and went to sleep. Two paws up!
Suitable for dog crate pads and/or beds

This foam was a good, economical choice to put into two extra fleece dog bed covers we already have -- much cheaper than buying new dog beds or crate pads. Our two adult Labs sleep on more comfy 4" foam egg crate mattresses but this solid 2" thick foam is fine for the crate(s) we're using for a new Lab puppy until she's completely housebroken. We easily cut the foam to fit the crate, wrapped it in a plastic garbage bag so it doesn't get wet, and put it into one of the two fleece covers. We can alternate the two covers and/or use the second bed in a different location in the house.

Excellent product. Was able to reupholster 4 dining room chairs a small foot stool and one bar stool. Very cushiony and soft. It springs back into shape really well.

I used most of this material for creating a window seat and it is perfect for that purpose. The thickness was just right and it cut easily with a knife.

The stern seating on my SeaRay had become water logged and the plywood base was rotted. Having reupholstered seating in the past, I took on the project without any qualms. This foal padding was economical and was true to its description as far as firmness.
