I gave 4 starts because there is no option to buy a specific size. You are forced to buy the 3 sizes pack. Would've been more affordable if I could just buy what I needed instead of letting things go to waste. However, these do work for the Motorola buds Bluetooth set

I brought this for my motorola headphones, however the holes were too big. I had to return the items back to amazon. Thanks amazon for an easy return.

I bought these after losing the original ear cushion for my left headphone. I thought these would be largely the same, albeit with a slightly larger hole for the sound to carry through. However, these are not nearly as good as the originals.

The medium cushions are not the same size as the medium cushions that came with the headphones. I have to use the large ones. I don't even know what people who needed to use the large ones from the original would do if they bought these.

Furthermore, these do not attach to the buds themselves very securely. Twice yesterday, I removed the buds from my ears only to discover that the cushion stay in my ear because it had detached from the headphones.

I would advise against purchasing these if you were happy with the original cushions. I don't know what the alternative is, as Motorola does not sell the originals by themselves, and I don't think anyone wants to spend $35 (the price of a new pair) on an ounce of silicone. Hopefully some other third party sells better replacements.

These are alright. Its very difficult to get the original earbuds for the Motorola Buds SF500. Just got these today. Already trying them out. So far they seem to be alright. Going to the gym in a little bit to see how well they stay in my ears. The sound seems to be decent coming through them.

I was hopeful these would be pretty much the same as the original ear buds that came with the motorola buds as I loved the fit and sound that was produced. I was disappointed to find they are not. They are OK, but do not perform close to the OE ear buds.

The two main differences which I am assuming contribute to the size of the 'exit' hole and the firmness of the rubber.

The original tips that come with the headphones have a hole on the side going into your ear about the size of the tip of a pen. These replacement tips have a significantly larger hole and I have to assume that this affects the sounds quality since there is a noticeable loss of audio quality that I loved so much about the headphones, especially around the lows/bass frequencies.

The other factor, these are much thinner and more pliable than the originals. This makes getting them to 'seal' within your ear much more cumbersome than the OE tips. I find I have to insert and move in and out slightly for 10-15 seconds before I can get them to fit and 'seal' properly as far as not having spaces between my ear channel and the rubber that allows the sounds to escape. Again, the originals did not have this same issue. I tried all 3 sizes to see if maybe that was the issue, but none seem to be great and I settled on the middle size since that is the one that 'seals' up best.

I eventually kept one of these on one earphone and put the OE tip that I did not lose back on the other side since I spend most of my day with only one in at work and it was that noticeable of a difference. I can put the other ear with the replacement in and fiddle with it for 15 seconds to get decent sound, but it is still noticeably subpar when compared to what the actual sound quality can/should be. I am likely going to just replace the whole headset at some point since I haven't been able to find actual Motorola branded replacement tips.

But, if you want to keep your headset and do not have the originals as an option, these could be serviceable if you don't mind spending the time to get a good seal each time you insert them and the top level sound quality isn't worth buying a whole new headset for you.
