I switched from a traditional kickboxing bag that weighed at least 250 lbs to this bad boy and dont regret it one bit. This bag actually feels heavier upon striking. You can get in some solid hits and it allows you to really work your uppercuts.

if you're into heavy hitting and using a wide variety of strikes then this is a must have. Installation was simple and about 10 minutes later i was already working up a sweat . The strikes are clean and you get a similar snap as you would get striking human flesh. Since it is filled with water it can pretty much take anything you dish out. It makes almost no noise besides the sound of your gloves(10 oz) I hung it up exactly where my heavy powershot bag was hung up and it sits so well it doesn't rock the floor, it does rock and move as you strike it but its smooth.

Will not go back to a regular bag after this. Much more efficient for throwing uppercuts and for using proper head movement and defensive tactics. I competed as an amateur boxer and still train as a competitor today and this feels and handles like the real thing. I recommend it to any combat oriented professional as well as the average enthusiast looking for a great way to release some steam.
