Cute but not amazingly durable

Love the weight, size, density (it's a bit bendable), it can squeak when my 6 yr old chews on it which increases the stimulation for him and most particularly that it looks like a Lego brick which makes it appear more like a cool necklace than some of the other ones. However, this round of purchases (we've bought three total--mostly recently the red) broke much much more quickly than some other necklaces. It broke at the string hole/off the string so there's no repairing/glueing it which is a bummer. Oh & it's a little harder to keep clean with all its bumps/nooks & crannies.
Even his class mates thought this was a cool necklace.

This has been a life saver with my autistic son. it gives him something safe to chew on. I no longer have to worry about cords and strings in the house. Even his class mates thought this was a cool necklace.

We bought this to help us deal with molar teething. We are also finding that it is helping our 2 year old deal with frustration. When he used to get frustrated with friends and go to bite them, he bites this instead.

My son chews on everything! This necklace is a lifesaver! Great quality it's some what rubbed my son chews on this instead of my furniture and he likes to wear it because it's his favorite color! Win win situation!

It has just enough give to keep an avid chewer a workout and the dual textures give it enough sensory interest.
I reduced the rating by one star because the cord doesn't hold and I had to quadruple knot it. It also seemed to irritate my sons neck. I'd much prefer the material of the necklace be something sturdier and not fiber based as it absorbs sweat.
