I have tried a lot of protein powders. This one I hesitated to try only because I thought the name was cheesy. Well, as they say, don't judge a book by its cover. This is by far the best tasting chocolate (brownie) that I've had recently. Vanilla arrived today so I will review that next.

The cookies and cream flavor is amazing I mix it daily with my Greek yogurt or water for a shake. Doesn't give you bloat or stomach issues. Finally a good whey iso. Been using this for years.

Things I look for are how mmiuch cholesterol, how much protein, how is it sweetened, and how does it taste. This reviiew is for the strawberry. This cholesterol is only 8% of daily value for one scoop. That's really low. It's hard to find whey protein that low. Typically, when its that low, it's pea protein which tastes awful. This tastes really good. No bloated feeling and tastes more of a natural strawberry taste. It's sweetened by sucralose. I would prefer no sweetener and then I can sweeten it myself with honey. I am opposed to artifical sweeteners because of the health considerations with it.

I wont speak to any of the ingredients or effectiveness because I dont have any knowledge in that. But what I can say is that I mostly drink chocolate/peanut butter protein, and never have cookies and cream a shot until this product because I dont like cookies and cream candy pars. I tried this due to the pricing, and said I can muscle my way through the flavor if I need to, but luckily I am pleasantly surprised with this protein and enjoy the flavor much more than I expected to.
