Pumice Stones

My husband had been reading on the pumice cleaning the ring in the toilet bowl for a while now. He finally tried it. Because we had literally tried just about everything else. Voila. He was amazed. I was amazed. A happy day at our house. Now, I know men come up with different ideas than women...but, one morning as he was showering, he thought that since the pumice stone got rid of the ring completely in the commode it had to work on the glass shower scum. Well, he got a new pumice stone out, made a square on the door to see if it worked, and it made such a huge difference! Ahem, guess who got to finish it? But I had just scrubbed it the weekend prior with SOS pads and couldn't believe the difference. We will now and forever keep a pack of these pumice stones in our cabinets.
Great for pool tile cleaning

Great for pool tile cleaning. They clean off the calcium build-up without scratching the tile. I have seen some complaints about how fast they wear down, but I think that's the trade off for not scratching. I'll will order again.
Great product.

Worked exactly as described. Like many others I was led here looking for something to get rid of annoying toilet stains. It took about 10 to 15 minutes and some elbow grease but in the end way easier than replacing the toilet and the thing looks like new. Only took one of the four bars can't wait to find a use for the other three! I'm looking at you stainless steel RV sink...
Pumice is Life!

If you have never used pumice to clean the hard ring around the waterline in your toilet you have worked too hard. This is the easiest way to make your toilets look new again. Why buy a new toilet when five minutes with a pumice stone will do the trick. It takes longer to R & R the toilet than to clean it with this stone. Get them! BTW I also cleaned the ring that ends up at the drain in the sink.
I LOVE THE PUMICE!

When I think of pumice, I think of the stone that removes gross skin from my feet. And I hate feet. This is not that type of pumice. This is the holy grail of pumice. This pumice works on things like tile and those pesky glass cooktops. And it doesn't scratch! My glass cooktop looks new!
But let's talk about my 65-year-old bathroom, shall we? The ceramic tile had a gross film, dried epoxy, dried caulk, dried grout. Not having the energy to replace the floor, I decided to park my a$$ on the floor with my pumice. And then...off come the goo, off comes the epoxy, off comes the caulk, and goodbye paint! It strips rust stains immediately, btw. The tile looks clean and bright! Then I turned my attention to the marble threshold. Warning, it will scratch marble but I did not care. Wow! Minimal effort and the grossness just melts away!
Things you should know:
It makes a right mess. The pumice is soft and quickly turns to dust when scrubbing. I kept my vacuum handy and no issue. When I was all done, a quick steam mop ensured any stray dust was captured.

It works best dry. Use a cleaner later.

It disintegrates pretty quickly if you're using it on a really dirty area. I used almost two sticks to do the cook top once, the entire bath floor, and the threshold. Absolutely worth it though. Amazing! I can't wait to do the bottom of my pans!
