I purchased NCH Software sometime ago and when I came to use it again it had disappeared from my computer. I must have uninstalled it by mistake. I then downloaded a Free Download and I was able to edit an important video. I also tried another Software and it had a huge watermark over the video. Will definitely make an effort to recover my lost App.

I don't know why there are so many critical reviews of this product. It has more features/options than any other product - for better or worse. For worse, it's hard to navigate. But there *are* tutorials. I had to turn to this product when I needed color correction that I couldn't find in any other (free) product. I've been sleezing my way through the trial, but at this point, I think they deserve to get paid for their product. In fact, I'll be looking at their suite (again). I used their audio suite years ago and I was impressed.
I reserve my 5-star ratings for products that make me say "Wow." This is darned close, and honestly, I can't pinpoint why I'm *not* saying "Wow." I could be the navigation and the overwhelming interface. If they don't have one already, they should get a human interface engineer.
