A nice ball but not for what I needed it for

Purchased this for doing P90x-2 thinking it'd be a great stability ball. You can crank this thing up to it's full size but it's still really squishy which didn't work well for the stability work. Also, the best way to fill these up are by using a bicycle tire pump with the adapter in it. The pumps you get with these work fine for the initial filling to get it round, after that ever pump loses nearly as much air as it puts in. While this ball is find for doing some stability work, it's not a solid ball when you lean on it, it will squish quite a lot. I'll keep it if I need it for some other work but I had another older ball that gets really hard when you pump it up, that worked good.

The ball came with a small scuff and dig on it. It blew up fine and held my enormous frame. But I honestly answered their email when they asked how everything went. I told them about the small mark and my concern that it could cause the ball to pop and the customer service rep that contacted me was very courteous and helpful. They shipped me out a replacement immediately and I couldn't be happier.
I purchased the larger ball and it perfect for me. I'm 6'4 and weigh almost 400 lbs, but I feel completely comfortable on this exercise ball. It has helped me out tremendously with my back problems and gets daily use now. I'm so impressed with it that I convinced my sister, brother and sister in law to buy ones for themselves too

Disappointed with quality of ball compared with the SPRI balls used at our health club. The pump broke once we got the ball filled to 22 in (55 cm), done over a two day period. Would return but box was thrown out. Will use until it deflates so no longer useful. This is another good example of "you get what you pay for" as it was half the price of the SPRI balls.
Update:
Following submittal of my earlier review, I received a letter from DynaPro with a new pump. I was impressed that DynaPro responded so quickly to my review. Added more air to the ball and am very happy with it. Was also very pleased about the response on this issue.

After not too much light usage the ball popped today while I was sitting on it, bruising my tailbone... I am around 200lbs and therefor do not come close to the weight limit... This was being used as my chair at work so I was not using it very rigorously.... I am injured and disappointed :(
