Perfect for Apartment Privacy

The "V" shape of our apartment complex means that all my neighbors can see straight into my bedroom from their balconies.
I wasn't satisfied with the frosted glass look, but this is perfect! And it's so beautiful to see in the morning. The instructions were not spell checked, so one of the steps says "more water more better"....which, at least put a comma in there. But, more water INDEED more better as I had to reapply it half a dozen times. It's vinyl, so it'll still work so long as you rinse off any corners your fingers touched. They say you need a squeegee, but I just raked my palm over it to get the bubbles out.

Don't try this on newly painted window frames. I was anxious to install this window film and didn't wait long enough for the latex paint to set/harden. I had enough film for 3 attempts on my front door window. On each attempt the wetting solution became contaminated by the new latex paint and produced streaks between glass and film. It got worse with each attempt. I waited a couple weeks, reordered this film and tried again with easy success. The results are great, the film looks and does what it says. I would buy again.

This tint is great! It installed quickly and easily, it looks wonderful. We used it on a small powder room on the sunny rear of the house. It does a great job blocking heat and UV rays, and we still have a great view out to the beautiful desert. Best of all, it provides privacy from anyone outside looking in. We didn't want to put up a curtain, which would have blocked our view from the inside. This is a much better choice for us. We installed it ourselves, and the results look very professional.

Great blinds. NOTE: you require water to enable these to stick to your windows. So just wipe the window with a cloth rinsed with water, and then simply peel off the protective layer and press the film against the window.

i am starting to realize how important color is to my happiness. i have a boring white bathroom rental apartment. the shower has glass doors, so i cant even get a pretty shower curtain. enter this - it looks exactly as pictured and adds a ton of personality to my bathroom. added benefit = privacy. not hard to put on, instead of a squeegee my boyfriend used a silicone spatula we use for cooking :-) my shower doors are about 52" x 22", and these are about 17.7 x 39" if memory serves double check that please!), so i am going to have to use a few rolls of this to get the desired effect but i think it's worth it - just wish i could get more material for the money. i would have love to have one giant roll that would allow me to cover the outside of both shower doors. :-) make sure sure you measure your shower doors before ordering this so you'll know how many to order.
