Disappointed!

I have a mirrored wall in my bathroom that is a waste of space, so I purchased these shelves to organize my toiletries. I had everything perfectly placed and it looked awesome. I was thrilled! That is, until today. They held for two weeks, but today upon arriving home I discovered they had fallen off of the mirrored wall and everything was strewn all over my bathroom. It's disappointing. I thought I had finally found shelving that would hold.

They work! And the company is so thorough with this product because they even go so far as to provide alcohol wipes so that you have everything you need to follow their instructions for installation. (You need to clean the window with alcohol before attaching the shelf.) Looks great and frees up space under my grow lights for garden seed germination. So happy with this!

Disappointed in this product. Not only did the plastic come chipped, but it terribly leaned down so any plants I wanted to place on top of the shelf would slide right off. The only way to fix this would be to buy the brace that goes underneath it, which you have to purchase separately for an additional $10. I may rethink and buy it with the brace, but for now, I'm returning this product in its entirety until I decide whether I want to spend $35 in total for this shelf.
Supports far less weight than advertised, but is attractive.

Shelf is attractive and a little larger than I thought...but make sure you clean the window and suction cups with alcohol and test with something unbreakable before you put your full load on it.
Initially, I cleaned the window, let it dry completely, then attached the shelf firmly. All was good for about an hour--then I heard the crash. When I weighed the load, it was about 1.4. pounds.
Since the product did not come with instructions, I went back on Amazon to verify that the load rating was 10 lbs. I noticed it said to make sure you clean suction cups and window with only alcohol.
After cleaning with alcohol, it seems to be be holding my 1.4 pound load fine (2 days now), but I am not planning to try anything heavier.
My recommendation--It looks nice, but test it with something unbreakable for a day or so before putting anything heavier on it.

I'm using this shelf for plants in a paned window, and it's holding beautifully. Well made - not flimsy - and the suction holds well to my glass windows. I have two small plants on the shelf and so far after several weeks it's holding up without sliding and the suction cups are still firmly attached. Great way to get a few plants to add life and a little greenery to my kitchen.
