You have to fluff them or they bulk where you sleep. I have had much better cool technology pillows. They do not stay cool like my other ones.

Really disappointed in these pillows. They had promise out of the box, but after a few weeks of sleeping on them they have become lumpy and warped already. These pillows are not true down alternative. They have no real give to them and spring back up the insta your head leaves them. They are super low grade and not hotel quality. Had high hopes but unfortunately the Silver pillows are nothing like down as they claim to be. I feel like i over paid for cheap Walmart brand pillows. Very sad that these were a let down.

Solid and comfy for the price. they come vacuum packed making the packaging deceptively small. Would buy this again.

When it comes to pillows I am almost completely impossible to please. Therefore, when I purchase pillows, I save all the wrapping and all the packaging because there is a 99% chance that I will try to return them as they rarely meet my expectations.

In addition, I never purchase any pillows that promise to conform to all sleeping positions for everyone. That is totally impossible, because we all have different needs and requirements, therefore, and as far as I'm concerned there is no such thing in pillows as "˜a one size fits all'.

As a "˜sleeping position' reference, I am a side sleeper, sometimes with one leg out straight and the other bent, and other times I like to curl up nice and cozy especially when I'm cold, or feeling sick. However on occasion, I will sleep on my stomach but I can never fall asleep while lying on my back.

These "˜silver' soft comfort level pillows are only for those of us who like the soft and squashy pillows that allow our heads to sink in cushioned comfort with a "˜spongy' head support. I like the ease to bunch them up according to which position I choose to sleep on my side, whether I choose to lie straight with one leg bent or to curl my legs tighter to my body. Various positions require my head and neck to be at a slightly different height. Therefore my neck will not feel the strain from sleeping in a too high or low setting.

The pillows come wrapped up tightly in plastic with all the air compressed out to save room for shipping purposes. Upon opening the plastic wrap, the pillows start filling out and expand very fast. There is no smell, or any odor which I associate with the memory foam pillows, because these pillows are polyester and therefore they are odor free. However, since I prefer a lofty pillow I toss them in the dryer on low for about 15-20 minutes, which helps them to expand, nearly double in size, and acquiring a lofty diameter of approximately 43" inches.

The "˜silver' soft pillow offers me the ultimate comfort level for the loft and fluffiness, which I can bunch up according to my sleeping position. Unlike other soft pillows they do NOT mold around my head, and instead I experience a cushioning encounter and without a sore or stiff neck from lying in an awkward position.

These pillows are malleable and supple with a bit of a bouncy spring, and when my head sinks in, my head does not drop too low and therefore, my nose does not feel smothered by the pillow and I can breathe with ease. In addition, since the pillows are plushy soft, I don't feel any pressure on my ear that rests below my head. Furthermore, if I should get up at night, when I come back, the indentation from my head has filled out. Therefore, these pillows offer some resiliency and do not flatten out, although on occasion, I toss them in the dryer for a few minutes on low, to maintain their lofty height.

I've been sleeping on these pillows for several weeks and I'm sleeping very well. In the morning, I am not experiencing any neck aches, sore shoulders, and I don't have any stiffness in my back. Furthermore, I am not waking with a headache from sleeping in an awkward and forced position. These pillows enable me to fall asleep and stay asleep and without the tossing and turning in the early hours before morning.

This pillow has the lofty height that I need to sink into, and the soft level of head support makes this an ideal bed pillow for me.

I love these pillows! I have bought bad pillows many times - some go flat, some get lumpy, some just aren't worth the cost. These pillows are worth the money AND feel awesome.

After reading the reviews, I decided on the medium firmness because it seemed to me the most common complaint was the pillow becoming too soft over time.

It's been one week (based on other reviews, these pillows seem to have a "break-in period" of a few months, so I will follow up then to let you know how it's going!) but after one week, these pillows are amazing.

They really do remind me of the soft, thick hotel pillows I love. They are "deep" and supportive. I read in bed every night and I have s bad back, so I need to have a decent amount of propping/support. Two of these pillows envelope me in softness without feeling like I'm sinking backward against the wall.

When I sleep, I only use one pillow, and these are soft enough that I can sleep on the edge and get the right thickness (I do expect the thickness to ease over time). Eventually I'll be putting my head in the middle instead of the edge.

In summary, I feel these pillows have an extra amount of "oomph" to them that should allow me to have a decent thickness once they break in. I'll follow up to let you know!
