So we cleaned the floor, sealed up cracks with epoxy or caulk and went to move onto his ealer in our poured concrete crawl space. We sprayed water, then did two applications of the product, 30 minutes apart with a sprayer and a brush. It was odorless.

Interestingly enough after about an hour we went back downstairs and it smells like smoke to me now. I am not sure if this is the combination of minerals that were pushed out or if a previous home owner may have smoked and we are smelling that because we have never smelled any smoke in our home at all in the 20 years we have been here.

You can tell the sealer worked and it caused white build up to kinda push out of the cement and the walls. We got a radon mitigation system already installed and we hope this will continue to bring down the levels as much as possible as we complete the basement.

Mine are simply awesome results with RadonSeal! My home is 6 years old with 1200 square foot basement floor, poured concrete 8' walls and a passive radon mitigation system that was yielding radon test results well over 20. After caulking the perimeter of the basement floor with a self-leveling concrete sealant my test results came down to 12.8 which was still unacceptable. A radon contractor gave me a quote to cap my existing passive radon system and install a new active radon system with connected radon fan for around $1000. Instead after extensive research I choose to go with 3 of the 5-gallon pails of RadonSeal. After prepping the basement floor, I applied RadonSeal following the step-by-step instructions to both the walls and the floor and my test results are now at 0.6, what an amazing product! Net results, this was far less expensive than installing a new radon mitigation system and I don't have to worry about running up my electric bill with a radon fan that would eventually break down every 5 years or so. I now plan to use RadonSeal to sure up my garage floor. What I really appreciate is how the folks at RadonSeal were easily reachable by phone for consulting. Robert

Our garage floor was "dusting" so terribly. Almost 30 years old and we kept it covered with old carpeting. Apparently the slab was poured and then it rained shortly after it was poured and this is what happens. Even a small sweep raised a cloud of concrete dust. It was just terrible. After much research we decided to give this product a try. I was just about ready to take the hit and purchase garage floor mats. My husband convinced me to give this product a try before we spent $1200 on garage floor mats. I am so glad he did. It was a bit of work emptying out the garage and all, but I have to say the results are truly amazing. After following the directions for old garage floors, a week later we were able to paint the floor with a garage floor paint ( and not the expensive epoxy kind) and it looks great!!!!!! I think we spent under $300 total and the floor looks great and IS completely sealed. I park my car in the garage and the paint looks great under the tire areas. I have parked my rain soaked car in the garage and the water repels off the garage floor. Highly recommend for problematic floors like ours. Wish we would have found this product years ago!!!!! It really is amazing!!!

I just moved into a rental in Washington State. It rains all but 2.7months a year here. My dehumidifier powered up at 78% RH in the basement day 1. Even after a week without rain, I still saw RH in the 55% range without sealing the basement yet. The house was built in 1940 and had not been sealed for radon gas or moisture according to the owner. After applying Radon Seal Plus, as directed in the instructions, I am now seeing humidity in the 40% range even during rain, and continuous rain for 4 days. With about 24hrs of no rain, my resting humidity is now in the high 20s to low 30s.

I was a concrete polisher and epoxy coating contractor for many years. This is hands down one of the easiest products to apply as long as the surface is porous, clean, and does not have a lot of oil or other chemical stains present.

Way more than satisfied with the product.
