This is really pretty hanging under my patio. Love the colors and I think the sounds it makes are lovely. Some described as glass pieces banging together, I don't think it sounds like that at all. I was worried because it was windy the day I hung it, but it held up well. I realize it may only last a season, but for the price I paid, I don't really care much. I can just replace it next year. I live where it is HOT all summer, I don't expect much to last here anyway.
Updating this. So far it has made it through the summer and monsoon winds/storms. It is a little faded, but nothing has broken and it is still nice.

Received exactly what I expected, and it was packaged very carefully to avoid any breakage or tangling. I found it was kind of difficult to get a good idea of scale from the photos included, so I thought I would include this: the squares are about 2" on each side, and the circles are about 2" in diameter. There are six shorter strands about 12" long, and 3 longer strands about 18" long. Quite lovely to see in person. I actually didn't get it for the chimes (I got a few and am making a chandelier) but the sound is very tinkly and relaxing.

I love how these look! They are very pretty. However, I'm now on my third. They handle heavy monsoon winds quite well, but they aren't a fan of the sun.
I have to replace them about every eight months, but the price isn't bad so it's doable. I give this 5-stars for it's prettiness but lowered to 4-stars due to their not lasting long.

Originally I bought this windchime to hang it outside the front door. When I received the package, however, this beauty looked way to delicate to me to be exposed to the harsh Florida weather. So it's now hanging in one of the arches inside the house. AC running gives it just enough movement that it starts "singing." It's a very sophisticated song this windchime produces, it reminds me of fairies. A visiting year and a half old girl Loved it!!
