The media could not be loaded. Our doorbell stopped ringing after 7 years and after diagnosing the button, chime, and transformer, I found the coils around the plunger in the chime that makes the ding dong sound was bad. I ordered this doorbell as it looked exactly like our builder installed doorbell.
When it came I compared the 2 and they were a 99% match. The ding dong chime we have become accustomed too was slightly different than the new one. So I popped off the bars from the old one and placed them on the new one. Mounted the chime to the wall, connected the wires, and bingo! Our doorbell is working again. We'll see how long it lasts.
