Work great and stores a lot of ground coffee. I buy whole beans and needed an airtight container as I grind my coffee to a coarse grind for my French Coffee Press. This holds a large bag 20 oz from Starbucks after I grind it. Has co2 valve to help keep the coffee fresh. Includes nice measuring cup which hold enough ground coffee to make 12 ounces of fresh brew.

Very pleased with these. I bought these for my makeshift "coffee bar" at the office having grown very tired of the office dreck. They look really nice and it's almost a shame to have them tucked away in my office. I've been using them 2 months and they have kept the beans very fresh. Even after a full month the coffee blooms vigorously and tastes great. My only complaint is that the date wheels on the top of the canisters are very hard to turn. The scoops are quite handy for scooping onto the scale or for weighing just enough for a cup. I also received the ebook as promised. Can't go wrong with these.
