I am a Snugpak fan. I am not a deep woods camper or hiker but the Snugpak kept me warm during some "test" naps on the couch. I think it will work just great for my "roughing" it camping in a wood stove heated cabin. The company seems to make products at a fair price making them a good value. I have the camp blanket which is superb.
Good bag in this price range. Tall people think twice.

The 28 degrees Farenheit comfort rating is wildly optimistic: for me (tall, thin, get cold easily) someting like 50-55 is probably more accurate. Exterior is stronger than another similar bag I own, and build quality is generally good, especially in this price range. Stuff bag and zipper work fine. I like this bag a lot except for one thing: it's too short. I'm 6' 3", and I think people 6' would be fine, 6' 1" maybe/probably, but 6' 2" probably not.
Kept me warm

The Snugpak Basecamp Ops Navigator Sleeping Bag with Compression Stuff Sack is a great sleeping bag for cold nights. I used it during a 40-hour milsim and it kept me warm when the temperature dropped to 29 degrees.
However, I didn't pay attention to the name and it's definitely snug. I'm a bit on the fluffy side and it was hard to turn in the sleeping bag. It wasn't uncomfortable, but I wouldn't say it was easy to move around in either.
The length of the sleeping bag was good for me, but my friends said I'm as wide as I am tall, so that might be why. For reference, I'm 5'5" with a 36" waist and wear XL tees with a 45" chest.
Overall, if you're looking for a warm sleeping bag that's on the snug side, the Snugpak Basecamp Ops Navigator Sleeping Bag is a good option. Just make sure to pay attention to the name and sizing if you're a bit larger.

Amazingly good value & warm 3 season bag. Quality materials & construction

Snugpak bags are amazingly good value, don't be fooled by the relatively cheap price. This may not be lightest bag but it is a warm and extremely well made 3 season bag. I have used a snugpak jungle bag regularly for over 10 years and it's still going strong. I ordered a left and a right side navigator bag because you can zip them together if you wish. if you are travelling to anywhere rainy or damp I recommend getting a synthetic fill bag like this instead of down.
Warm and affordable.

Warm. Kept me comfortable in 30 something degrees. Most definitely worth the price.
