STOP, they use very poor quality pre-rinse handle it broke with in 14 days after installed, I wrote them e-mail about and they send me free of charge another handle with in 3 days, I really appreciate it, but after change new handle it broke again with in month,I don't know why they don't make handle study. I am tired with this, I wrote them e-mail to send me 2-3 free handle, so it can run at least 3-4 month, but i am going to order Fisher 2949 spry, it cost me near $60, but it has metal handle and life ling running.

The riser is too tall. I need one about 12". Ordered standard chrome NPT riser as stated in faucet specs, but it does not screw into the faucet. Thickness of pipe is different.

The product my look nice, and it may even stay functional for 3 months.....maybe.....
I bought this I think in late October. it was installed professionally in December and went into light use in February..
And started to fail pretty much immediatedly. Leaks over all the unit from day one on. several layers of teflon tape did solve that.
Until it didnt and we had to replace the tape. But that are small problems. Because after about 3 months (small bakery, open 3 days a week)
the spray head would not stop sparying and leak. Already pretty much fed up with the quality of this crappy thing I ordered a $70 new spray head.
of course it would fit because this people use a weird kind of size and thread, SO I thought I contact them to figure out what the thread is.....oh sweet summer child me, little did I know. 3 calls 3 promised call backs, no call back, but each time they tried to sell me their own crap spray head, that comes with 30 day warranty. Right......fool me once.
I wrote an email, tons of usless answers, asking for an order number which they got. Until I finally got this email (things not by yescom can break easily and not knowing what thread! I call BS) but read yourself:

Do not buy yescom because it my broke easily.....same to you dear reader. Just don't. They are not standing to their product, have no information about even the most basic facts (any technical drawing)

Horrible quality, horrible service....spend your money somewhere else

Once it's up and running it's all worth it. Before building it many pieces were missing and were suppose to come included in the purchase of over $140. Come on now, it is $140 we are talking about here. Had to go to homedepot and waste another $124 dollars in parts. When it's up and running the pressure is a beauty and the hot and cold keys are smoother than butter. Love it, but just a bit disspointed in the extra parts needed to sweet it up. Overall great hose and keys. Love the chrome it's a plus!

The material especially the faucet is extremely thin. I do not think it will last very long

Update, this unit broke after on 2 months of use. I would recommend against this product.
