Fierce wind storm destroyed my tent. Broke two poles. These babies were the only thing that kept me from losing the whole thing. The tent ballooned up like a parachute after it broke, but it stayed pinned to the ground. They are heavy, but I love them. Big NO for backpacking.

Great stakes, even when pounded into the tuff we have - didn't bend or warp at all. Used for installing shade cloth for the dogs.
