Nice quality. Every time I pick these up to move them I expect them to be heavy and am continually amazed they weigh virtually nothing. I have small hands and wrists so I can slip my hands in and out of them with ease. I don't believe they are meant to have the shackles opened to put your hands in an out, as this is just a plastic item. If you open the shackles they will likely break with minimal use.

I put these around my skeleton's hands, along with some other chains. I had Karl up against a tree (see photo) and had to use fishing line to keep his hands in the right position. I then used white zip-ties to keep these chains on his hands. (I'm not sure if they were intended for bony hands).
