This pillow is firm and great for a side sleeper. It dies compress nicely to stuff in its sack. Unlike some travel pillows it has a zipper so you can take our some stuffing if you like it less full.

Not to over exaggerate, but the impact of this pillow in my life cannot be overstated. I pinched nerves at the C4-5 level a decade ago, and struggled to find a pillow that allowed me to sleep soundly AND wake up the next morning without severe neck pain. Dozens of chiropractor visits and shredded memory foam pillows later, I found myself traveling from work and in that familiar terrible routine of trash sleep and neck pain in the morning. Pinterest told me that this Coop pillow was one of the best on the market, so I took a chance and bought it. Did I get suckered by affiliate marketing?? I don't even care if I did, because I've been traveling for work with this pillow in tow for two years now, and have never woken up with stiffness or neck pain. At this point I have my original pillow (still using it, in perfect condition, although the compression sack seams unraveled), as well as two more for camping trips for my husband and son.

This is the 3rd pillow I have ordered. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The pillow comes well boxed up. Then you open that and a VERY sealed up package looking like dish towels is in there"”BUT when you unseal that & it comes alive. The pillow starts growing right before your eyes. We received the pillow last night and while I washed the outside cover, I gave the pillow a little fluffing & waited until morning. And it was the most fluffy, comfortable pillow ever. Now just waiting for the arrival of the new pillow cases so I can use it. Also, the bag it comes in is cool if you ever need to put it back in there for whatever reason.

This pillow is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a camping pillow where I can comfortably sleep as a side sleeper and this is it! It has great support and the size is perfect. No neck issues in the am. I purchased a toddler pillow cover so I can keep it clean and am happy with my purchase. The negatives- I didn't know that you cannot use it in cold weather. The memory foam turns into a solid rock, so be aware and do your research. Also, the stuff sack that it comes with is garbage. It fell apart after stuffing it only 4 times. I would purchase a replacement stuff sack asap and avoid the hassle.
