Came within 2 days. Works as advertised on my 2007 RX 350. Can't believe how easy it was to install as it seems like these days engineers make everything else almost impossible to replace.Need to get the 6+6 pin Y cable separately though.
Installation easy, and works as promised

Watched a YouTube video on installation for our 2005 Toyota Camry -- and by gum it was just like in the video! Easy and quick to install and on initial testing, works well. Will chime back in if we learn differently on a cross-country trek. Yes, as other commenters have noted, you will have to turn the volume level up higher than for your usual radio or CD listening, but that just doesn't seem so onerous. Sorry I didn't install sooner!
Junk, Doesn't Last

Worked great for about 2 months - then I had to do a lot of twisting it around to get the sound to work right. Installed this in November, and today (April - just 5 months later) the input jack broke in half as I put it in my phone (awesome...). Awful product, but you get the quality you pay for...
Works well, simple install

Simple plug and play, working great in my daughter's 05 Toyota Camry. In stalled it with a 3.5mm stereo feed through jack, that I mounted in the dash. It's been a couple of months and she's very happy with it.

2005 Toyota Avalon Limited: It works, but I had to disconnect my CD changer connector for it to play through the CD function on my radio. In doing that it disconnects my screen display and cannon see my radio tune display, AC temperature setting and Nav screen. After disconning my CD changer connector, it then was able to play from the aux adapter though CD option. If anyone knows how I can keep my CD changer connector connected and and have the Aux adapter still work though the CD setting let me know.
