I love this cart! It is super light, easy to maneuver, and easy to fold. The bag is good quality except that it only connects to the top of cart so the seam for the connector started to come apart after a couple times of use. I plan to sew it back on and get a bungie cord like others suggested. They should consider adding something to connect the bottom to the cart as well. Even so, I still consider this a good investment and love it!

I purchased this for myself, but end up having to give it to my niece. Which she was so happy about it and made it easier for her when bringing things up in the elevator.

I live in a major city and don't own a car, which means I have to walk to the grocery store and lug my groceries home. In the past I've purchased cheap carts that would break down as they couldn't support heavy loads. I won't lie to you, the price of this product gave me sticker shock. However, it received great reviews and had an attractive weight capacity. That was extremely important to me as I often have to take home heavy products such as laundry detergent.

PROS: 1) The large capacity bag is perfect and allows me to bring home the equivalent of at least four bags of groceries, if not more. 2) I love the flat, steady and supportive base underneath the bag. When I've had to take packages to a local drop-off store, I was able to either fold the bag up or remove it altogether and use it as a dolly. 3) The padding on the handle is incredibly comfortable for either the left or right hand. 4) I love that the wheels are large and durable, making it extremely easy to glide through rain and snow. 5) I love that the bag has several pockets. Even better, it includes an elasticized slot that I use for an umbrella but could be used for a water bottle. 6) Assembly is as easy as it gets and takes under 10 seconds total time. No exaggeration.

CONS: 1) At first glance the price seems incredibly high, although if you use carts often and need to carry heavy items it's worth the money. 2) While the handle does fold down to help save space, it doesn't have a locking mechanism to keep the cart together. I followed a helpful suggestion from a previous reviewer and purchased a bungy cord. The cord came in handy when I needed to carry packages on the cart that couldn't fit in the bag.

Overall, I LOVE the cart and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again. I couldn't recommend it any more highly.

My wife does a daily commute to work of one mile each way, usually on foot. She had been using airline carry-on bags but those had issues with noisy wheels and negotiating uneven surfaces. The Trolly Dolly has solved those problems because it's quiet and has large wheels that can roll over just about anything. We bought the larger size and found that it has a lot of carrying capacity. It also sits relatively high off the ground so it can go just about anywhere. It's also nice to have all the pockets to store extra items and it seems to repel water pretty well, which is important for us in the rainy Northwest.

There is only one design feature that we don't care for, and that's the inadequate provision for securing the large flap at the top. There is a small Velcro strip on the bottom of the flap and another on the bag, and they are supposed to match up. However, both are very small and they don't hold the flap down very well. Also, the Velcro strip on the bag is obscured anytime you pull the drawstring tight to close the top of the bag, which leaves you with no way to secure the large flap. We found a workaround solution to the problem, which is to wrap a bungee cord around the upper part of the bag over the flap and around the frame.

The issue with the flap is the only reason we didn't give it five stars, but that issue is easy to resolve and overall this is a great product which we think should give us years of good service.
