Beautiful knife quality and finish should be classified as art and the balance is wonderful. It is a little heavy so keep that in mind. I like it as you can let the knife do the job. This knife can cut thin slices on anything better than any of my fine cutlery. Simply the best and my new go to knife. I clean it and store it back in it's case each time so it is protected if that gives you any insight as to how much I love this knife. Thanks for a fantastic knife. Will be back for another as soon as I figure out what else I need as this knife really does it all. Maybe a bread knife.
Excellent all-purpose kitchen knife

This is my favorite and most versatile kitchen knife. The blade is thick and long enough to handle most jobs that require a chef knife, but it's also thin enough with a high degree of control for most delicate cut work. Balance is perfect. Handle size and shape are just right. Fit of the blade shank, handle panels, and rivets is seamless. The knife arrived extremely sharp and so far shows no sign of dulling after much use. Handle and blade are very attractive. Packaging was excellent, the box is so nice I've continued to store the knife in it. Shipping was immediate. Price was very modest for such an excellent knife (sale price was $120).

I bought this knife for my son as a Christmas gift. He is studying to be a chef and works full time at a catering company. He loves this knife! He called me from work yesterday to thank me again for getting it. He said he had been chopping all day and his hands weren't hurting and had no blisters. He loves the weight and balance of the knife and it has a excellent sharp cut. So glad I got this. Score one for mom! 😃

The knife came in a very nice box. The.handle is very well made and well balanced. The grip is very comfortable and not rubbing on bottom of index finger. The knife is very sharp. The layers of the steel showing very nice. Best investment ever on a knife. I couldn't resist when Amazon had a lightning deal on this knife that I have been looking at for the last 3 month.
