Straps do not 'lock' in place

Do not purchase these. The H-clip has no "teeth" to lock the strap in place, so if the furniture is pulled out hard enough or falls fast enough the entire strap will just be pulled through the loop. It defeats the purpose of even anchoring the furniture if the anchor straps don't lock tight! Stupid, and dangerous because you THINK your furniture is safer when in fact it is not.
I've installed 4 straps and have had two screw heads fall off and two screws stripped rather easily. The straps are fine

The screws that come with the straps are complete trash.

The screws are plastic or mostly plastic so if you over tighten them, the head snaps off and you can't get the shaft of the screws out of your furniture or wall. Also I couldn't figure out how to use on a TV as the instructions are vague. If you are easy on the screws, they work just fine.

Sturdy and easy to mount. We live in California and mounted TV's and furniture in order to eliminate any chances of TV's and furniture tipping during earthquake. Can use for childproofing also.
