Before I purchase this pillow I use to toss and turn all night long waking up tired every morning from lack of sleep. I purchase the medium firm I normally buy firm. The first nigjt6i slept on these pillows, I thought I was in heaven. I sleep so comfortable . I did not wake up until the next morning. It was like sleeping on some clouds. So far they ate still holding up. I know I made a good choice. I brought a pair for me. I guess I should purchase a pair for my wonderful husband.. but I not willing to share mine. 😊

This hotel quality of this firm fill pillow features a soft feel cover fabric, a fluffy filled interior that does not fall flat the minute you lay your head on it, and no rigidity that places your neck at unnatural angles. This pillow allowed for a great night's sleep, providing great neck support, with no residual morning headache that I have encountered with other firm pillows. Seems like a quality product, but it's not firm enough for me and my wife. We sleep primarily on our sides and the pillow seems to loose some of the initial firmness or loft that it had, when we went to bed. My choice selection was difficult (hence the loss of a star in my rating). I would have liked to know how much 'fill' the standard pillow has, so I could base my choice on. I knew that there is another pillow that is labeled Firm, and if I had to do it over, I would have selected this option. But for now, we will use it as an expensive support pillow that we sleep with on our sides, since returning them would be too much of a bother.

Recently visited the Omni Hotel in Pittsburgh & they had some very nice pillows & that led to me to wanting pillows like that at home. After checking all the reviews on here, I decided to take the plunge. I thought the price was a bit much but the reviews really persuaded me to do it. So glad I did, these pillows are awesome!! So comfortable & soft. My head just sinks in nicely & I get great support too. I sleep much better already :-)

These are described as "medium fill", and I expected them to be softer. When squeezed by hand they appear to be more firm, but when I use as intended (under my head) they and not firm... just right... they do not squish flat and are not hard. They are not a slab of foam.... I have purchased other "down alternative" items, and I am sold on them. I am very picky about pillows, and these are wonderful. I was willing to spend a lot more on a down pillow, but the seller messed up my order, and I settled on these... so happy I did.
