I bought the Aofit B003 Unisex Lumbar support plus back support, to help keep my back straight and relive my back pain. When I first put it on it felt great. However once you start moving around and moving from a sitting to standing motion the belt slides up about half way up your chest. I spent a lot of time repositioning it back down around my waist. Even with this my back, shoulders and neck felt better. But after a week of wearing it all day every day, except for sleeping. The plastic rods that run up the back ripped through the fabric enclosure they are housed in and starting poking my lower back. This causes more pain then my pack problems. So now I have to push the plastic rods back into place and readjust the front back down to the correct placement. It has become such a hassle with all the readjustments that I have already stopped wearing it, except on high pain days. When it is in place and working correctly it is everything I wanted, however that was a short lived timeframe for me. I am 6'2" and maybe if the straps that wrapped around my shoulders were longer or adjustable, this might not be a problem.
