This chair is perfect for our needs! Arrived on time, the box was dinged up, but everything inside was fine. I can see how some might have problems, the chair does feel like it could use a more solid construction. We have been using it for four months. My wife and I hover between 140-180 pounds, and the chair works fine for us. Comfortable for short stints, which is fine, as this is not being used as an everyday chair.

Love this chair. Bought it in anticipation to use with my newborn. It's well padded and comfortable. My sister-in-law also liked rocking her 8 months old daughter to sleep in it during their visit. I deducted one star because it can tip over if we sit too far forward. Other than that it's perfect.

Good chair for the price. Easy to put together and comfortable when it was assembled. Especially comfortable for taller people: I'm six feet tall and the back of the chair is high enough for me to rest my head. Cons are that is arms don't attach very well to the side of the chair back, although they are secured to the seat so I'm not super concerned about that. More of a con is that the arm cushions barely fit around the arms. In trying to snap one on, the snap ripped off of the cushion. In the end I only snapped it once on the arms instead of twice. Still looks fine. Would recommend if you want something at this price range.
