I bought the 65cm ball in silver as a more ergonomic desk chair to improve posture. I've used this nearly every day between 2 to 12+ hours a day for 3 months and it's still great. I feel like it makes me use my core more,and I think it improves posture. It lends itself well to the fidgety, too. I bought this on a lightning deal or I would have bought two. Planing on buying more if it's a lightning deal again, but it's definitely worth the money on sale at an Andrew Jackson and a Lincoln.
I chose the 65" after reading other reviews, and works great as a desk chair. The ball feels much thicker material than most exercise balls, metallic silver with a subtle sheen, and textured lines for grip. It takes a day or two to stretch to full size. Included pump works well and I got several spare plugs.

This is a great exercise ball. It's definitely gym quality. There are five people in my house who range from 110 lbs to 330 lbs. all 4 have used it. The younger ones have used it to sit on, the older ones for exercise. It's held up well. It comes with a pump and a couple of extra calves to closing, and a tool for removing the valve. It also come with clear instructions for how to know if it's full enough. In addition, there are videos online from the company with exercise ideas.

Bought 75cm, have to inflate most of the way, wait a couple days, inflate the rest. My brother weighs 400lbs, and can sit on it just fine. I use it for workouts, sometimes as a chair, and no complaints. To give a con, uh, only con I can really think of it's it's .75m big and storage can be annoying when not in use. Only con I can think of. Not a great one, definitely not one to knock a star off for.

I bought the 65cm Dynapro first and although it was a tad small for me, my kids loved it. I decided to keep it for them and order the size up (75cm) for me. I also ordered the 45cm for my toddler to play with since it would fit her better. I was lucky that I had ordered all three sizes because the 75cm was missing the plug and the plug remover. I had to use an extra plug from one of my other balls just to be able to blow it up and use it. I'm about 5'7" and the 75cm fit me very comfortably to sit on. Overall I am happy with my purchase, just wish it had all the parts it was supposed to.

Love this exercise ball. It's made of solid, quality materials and I feel comfortable putting all of my 300 lbs of bodyweight on it for crunches and other exercises. The material is very thick, so you have to allow 24hrs after the initial inflation before you can pump more air in so the ball can reach its final size.
