We ordered this faucet in November, 2016. We really liked the look of it. We had a plumber install. Within a month we were no longer able to push the button to change the spray from shower to a direct spray of water. After having the faucet for 10 months, the water now comes out of the button rather than out of the just the spout. It's impossible to get a good flow of water or any water pressure. Requesting a replacement from the manufacturer. I will update this review after we see how they handle the product defect.
Update 9/9/2017 -- Originally I gave this product one star because of problems with the nozzle. After giving a bad review, 2 new nozzles appeared on my front porch within 48 hours from Amazon. We have put the new one on and it's working perfectly. Hopefully it will continue. We really like the look and function of the faucet when it's working! I'm increasing my rating to 3 stars.

Installed this now almost 3 months ago and LOVE it. It was not the easiest install for my husband and brother in law and they are pretty handy for sure. It Took A WHILE (few hours) instructions are not the best. I shopped around and honestly you cannot beat the price though so high 5 stars for that. Quality seems great so far, with only one flaw being that I have had the spout/hose has to be securely put back in place after use or if water is on it will go crazy and get everything and everyone near it wet. It's only happen 2x in the 3 months I've used it though and since it has happened I now know and am more careful when placing back. Hose is super flexible,can be extended pretty far out great high quality buy for price I paid! Highly recommend.

My wife and i did a kitchen remodel and were nearing the final stages to completion. One of the items outstanding was the kitchen faucet. Most of these style faucets are several hundred dollars, even thousands. So we took to amazon to read some reviews and search out a cheaper alternative. We came across this one, which had great reviews at the time, so we purchased it. Let me tell you, this thing is worth every penny! It feels heavy duty and has worked flawlessly. The color looks great as well. The only thing that does stick out a bit to me is the stainless portion of the nozzle handle where it sits in the cradle/holder. However, it may need to be this stainless color because of wear. This is great buy and a great product.

This faucet looks lovely and was easy to install. I love the height and simplicity. My only complaints are (1) the handle is too sensitive, making it a concerted effort to adjust the spray to a light stream (instead of a blast of water), and (2) I wish there was a stabilizer to keep the faucet from feeling like it could be easily moved (as a whole unit), which makes it feel loose, though it is not (it actually moves the plate beneath it). It looks great in my kitchen.

It was like the commercial, the wife bought this and then said remodel me a kitchen around this! So I did. She is very happy with the faucet, it looks great and is very bold looking! People comment on it every time they see it. And yes, it sprays water too.
